Sunday already?

This weekend went by a little to fast for me. Saturday one of my friends and her little boy decided to rent a hotel for the night with an indoor swimming pool. Kiersten has been wanting to go swimming for so long now. This Texas weather has been crazy. No soon as the days come in beautiful and hot the rain or the cold fronts come racing in! We had a lot of fun. It was so nice to get a way. Even though it was only 5 minutes away. The kids had a blast. My friend Dena is a trip. She is almost as crazy as I am. After we checked out Jenny called and we headed up to Blora to try to see if we could catch some fish. Way to windy so again no fish. Her husband Matt is fixing to held back to Iraq. His R and R flew by. I took a lot of pictures for them while at the lake. It is so nice to have the whole family in a setting of a picture. Mine are either Kiersten and I, or Ryan and Kiersten. We have very few with all three of us. I was honored to do that for them. It is almost 5 pm here, I have a couple of hours to do my "house work" and then it will be off to bed for another work week. Good news is that there is only 48 more days of school left in our school calendar. Can you believe that one? Seems unreal 48 more days for Kiersten's school and my work then we are on summer break. I almost would like it to slow down a little. Yes, Ryan will be home during our summer break. I love him and wish him a safe and fast return. Lord how I want him home. Saying that, this whole 48 school days left til summer break is making me a little sad. Kiersten will be going into the 1st grade. I am not ready for her to be in the 1st grade. It was ok when she went from Pre-K to Kindergarten. Now she is entering into a number, 1st. I just need to except it. Kiersten is growing up. Just like I have said before enjoy life day to day.
