Our next Vacation

Ryan and I love to go on our little get aways we have such a blast. I am ready to go on a vacation. He has been asking me where would I like to go. I want to travel and see the "WORLDS LARGEST" yeah that is correct. You know the worlds largest ball of yarn, popcorn ball, dinning room table, light bulb, sword and I could go on and on. You may not think this would be a fun vacation. To me, it's exciting! Making these items took hours of time and dedication something I believe is a wonderful thing. The stories behind all this would be worth the drive. Yep I can not wait to take a vacation. I will be one of the mom's that make their children go up beside of it and take a picture whether they want to or not! A picture beside of the worlds largest frying pan!! Some of you (like my sister) may think I am joking or trying to be funny. I'M NOT. Worlds largest is something I have been wanting to do for a long time now.. Don't you think it would make an awesome scrap book?

Who is the bad influence?

Yeah I know. What is wrong with us? WHO CARES!!! Enjoy life and have fun doing it!!!

Always in trouble with someone

Kiersten was taking her shower when she started screaming for me. I ran in there with bad thoughts. First thought in my mind was, shit there is a spider on the shower wall. I HATE spiders, I will have to get this damn spider. I opened the curtain and she was holding an empty shampoo bottle. This is how our conversation went.

Kiersten, "Here mom this is all out. You know the man that picks up our trash? Well he will pick up bottles, paper, boxes and cans too."

Me, " Kiersten we recycle all of our cardboard boxes"!

Kiersten, "Mom I know you can do better"

Me, " Well I guess I know what you learned today in school"

Kiersten, " Yep recycling and we need to start doing it."

Then she threw the bottle out of the tub. WHAT? I was drilled by my 6 year old. I was so embarrassed. I am all about recycling. Honestly I am. When Ryan is home we try to do all the correct "helping out the planet" things. Since he has been away I have gotten a little lazy about it. I still do the boxes!! Oh man, I am looking so forward to her learning about smoking!!

Mother Hood

I am glad mother hood didn't turn out how I thought it should. When I was a little girl my sister Jennie and I would play with our Glow Worms! I pretended I was this worms mommy. We wasn't into the baby doll thing, honestly I don't understand it, Kiersten loves her baby dolls. Anyways, my fantasies of motherhood is so different in a good way! I enjoy and love everything about being a mom, not so much the discipline. Thank God Kiersten is a good child. I would hate to be one of the moms that has to constantly correct their child. Kiersten can have her "mean spurts" but over all she is a swell kid! Sometimes I miss my glow worm!!!! To the best of my memory my sis destroyed my Buddie. My worm had to go to the burn barrow, cremated!
